Why So Negative?

taken: http://motivationalcartoons.co.uk

Trying to be positive in a negative surrounding. Makes my spirit go down a bit. Astaghfirullah. Mak saya kata, byk2 kn beristighfar. Allah nak kurangkan dosa saya sebab tu Dia uji saya macam ni tahun ini.

I do not need negative people and negative surroundings around me. But, that's the fact. Our Malay community is not so supportive and encouraging. Let's say, someone says that she/he wants to go for an exercise, eg. jogging. Some not-so-positive-minded people will say "ye ke nak jogging. tgk2 duk jogging atas katil". For positive minded people, they will take it as a challenge. That's good.

But, hey, cant u be more enouraging and helpful? If u think u wont do it, why can't u juz support them with enouraging words? "That's good. semoga berjaya" But, be careful not to say this with an irritating tone. kalau salah tone akan jadi mcm sindiran plak. Our Malay culture has lots of budi bahasa, sopan santun. So, people, think twice before we say something (reminder for myself as well)

oh, in my case. Ade ke those situation? Perhaps.. not that i know of. But, i think i got lotsa encouraging and support words. Thanks to them. Hope those kind words are sincerely wished.

I will never blame myself for whatever happen. An old friend (when i was in NZ) once told me "Never blame urself. If anything happens, there's a reason behind it" She's not even a Muslim. But she believes in what we called "HIKMAH"... So, how about us, Muslimin dan Muslimat sekalian??
