POst Mortem Trial Pmr 2010

Tomorrow is the day. The post-mortem trial pmr 2010, school level. No Mr Mara coming. No outsiders, hopefully. it's within the school. Am prepared with the analysis. Peratus lulus english is only 33%. Still can't reach 40%. 50% jauh sekali2. What should we, the english teachers do?
From my own informal survey (interview), the students said that they always do not understand the questions. Datang la soklan macam mana sekalipun, they do not understand most of the english words. Or actually, they are 'lazy' to try to understand the questions? let alone to take a look at them. They have given up the second they read the first sentence. i could see it when i was invigilating the trial. So, who are we going to put the blame on? the teachers?
My last year experience with the PPD people, the teachers were blamed for the students' low results. Teachers were said to 'sekadar melepas batuk di tangga', 'tidak bersungguh2', 'jarang masuk kelas' 'ckg tak letak harapan kpd pelajar' and so on. They dont know that the students themselves who do not even wanna try. dun even interested to learn. lagi, cikgu yg dipersalahkan.
Well, for tomorrow, i do hope that the meeting will really discuss on how to increase and improve the results. not to point fingers to and put the pressure on the teachers who i believe, have given out their 100% energy, knowledge to teach the students.
