Fisio Oh Fisioterapi.

It has been a month since that accident. Yep. A full month where i brought my crutches here and there. Even to KB Mall. ahah.

So, i went to do my physiotherapy as i hv been advised to. Yesterday, i did it under Mr. Md Zain's (if not mistaken)and a practical student's supervisions. And today, it's mr Latiff's himself and Aliaa (a prac stdnt) were helping me.

What did i do there?

The First Day (with Mr Md Zain and an Indian lady)
The processes started all over again. I had to repeat the same 'my stories' for how many times. The 'history' of my injury. Next, i was sent to do the ankle waxing, for 20 mins. Then, went to do the ultrasound for about 10 mins. And then, did a bit of streching and simple exercising. All of these took about 2 hours.

Today (with Mr Latiff and Aliaa)
Always started with the first process. Story-telling. coz this time, different people were attending me. Then, the waxing again. And then i was taught three new exercises. 1- The Pesawat 2-Crossing legs 3- Push up wall. Next, i did the ultrasound. And all of these took about 1 1/2 hour.

The therapists (refering to the Enciks). Garang seih (my 1st impression). Rupenye tidak. Lawak je manjang. Duk asik panggil aku cikgu je. Satu bilik fisio tu tau aku cikgu. huh.

Statement En Md Zain yg aku x leh lupe "Tgk tangan awk jap" Then, i showed him my hands with palm up. He spontaneously said "Awk ingt sy ni ahli nujum nak tilik nasib awak ke" CEHSSSS~!!!!! hampeh!

Statement En Latiff: "Haa cikgu, x nak wat balik tongkat tu ke? Dah best sgt jalan x gune tongkat" CEHHHSSSS!!! hampeh! - satu bilik fisio tu berpaling ke arah ku.

~sigh. demi nk sembuh cepat. ku langkah kan kaki ke fisioterapi unit twice a week.
