Never thought that...

Had an appointment with Dr Aminuddin, a specialist in sport injury in USM. Gladly, simen kakiku telah dibukak..He examined this and that...And i like the way he explained the thing to me (not like some other docs!)... First, he said what had happened...The soft tissue near my ankle had torn off..so, it probably took around 3 months to heal and recover. He advised me to:

1- Wear ankle guard for 6 months
2- Go for a physiotherapy
3- Less walking. No more of Sports and extreme activities in 3 months
4- Had an appointment with him again as a follow-up.

Usually, there are 60%-70% chances of the injury to fully heal and recover. And another 30%-40% may not be recovered. That what he called as 'chronic ankle instability' (i guess so). So, i have to go for a follow-up to ensure that i am fully healed. Gosh.

I never thought that it is this bad. and serious. and... how about work???
